Overview
The ultimate introductory walking tour to Bern by WarpSpeed is guided by a local expert.
You will see the most important locations of the city of Bern, some of the most scenic spots, in the most condensed time possible.
Apart from sightseeing, you will be introduced to local customs. It's an exercise, it's refreshing, and it's fast.
Seeing the old town and the new town, you'll also explore the classic parts of Bern. There will be great views of the river.
The cost versus experience is at its economical maximum.

What To Expect
The sportive walking tour by an expert guide brings you in 55 minutes to everywhere there is to see and know about Bern.
Many scenic locations for photos, where we stop WarpSpeed briefly to take pictures. We will see the Political Power House, pass by the Money Makers, roam around the Tower of Time, beam through the shopping area of the old town, feed and touch some bears (if they're not hungry, you've made it alive), swim through the river or take the bridge.
There will be a contest of stair walking, up, not down.
Big Church of Jesus, views of the city and river. We take an abyss photo from the bridge.
Last but not least, we cross through the train station to proceed to the Garden of Eden, where you will be dropped off.
For the ones who are fit:
This is a WarpSpeed walking tour. We don't run, but we move. It's an exercise. To keep up, you must be fit, wear sports shoes and light clothing; no matter the weather, you will sweat.
For the ones who are less sportive:
The guide will adapt to the slower pace and adjust the program.

By taking part in the Activity, the participant fully accepts and agrees to be bound by all provisions below: The Activity involves inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to slipping, tripping, falling, losing balance or any other physical accident on uneven, slippery, wet, rocky, mountainous or urban terrain; sudden weather changes; altitude effects; encounters with natural elements, wildlife or traffic; physical exertion; fatigue; strains, sprains or other bodily injuries; and accidents during any part of the Activity before, during or after the main program. These risks may result in serious injury, permanent disability or death.The participant voluntarily assumes all such risks, whether known or unknown, and accepts full personal responsibility for their own safety, health and well-being at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant hereby releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, costs, expenses or losses (including legal fees) of any kind arising out of or in any way related to any injury, illness, death, emotional distress, property damage or any other harm or unwanted outcome that the participant may suffer before, during or after the Activity, including but not limited to any accident such as slipping, falling or any other physical mishap. This release applies even if caused by the ordinary negligence, acts or omissions of the Released Parties or any third party. The Released Parties shall have no liability whatsoever toward the participant for any harm in any circumstances. Disclosure of Medical Conditions and Other Relevant Information: The participant shall disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, medications, or any other health-related or suitability-related information that could affect their ability to safely participate in the Activity at the time of booking (or as soon as possible if the condition arises later). This disclosure allows the Company to assess suitability and decide whether to accept or decline the booking. Omitting known important information, particularly medical conditions, at booking time increases the risks to the participant and may lead to refusal of participation without compensation. The participant confirms that they are physically and mentally fit to participate with no undisclosed conditions that could be worsened by the Activity. The participant agrees to immediately inform the guide or any Company representative at any time – before, during or after the Activity – if they feel any physical discomfort (pain, dizziness, nausea, shortness of breath, unusual fatigue, etc.), any mental unease (anxiety, fear, confusion, etc.), the awkward or strange sensation, or if in their own judgment anything at all feels wrong, unsafe or potentially dangerous. Failure to immediately communicate such feelings or observations is the participant’s sole responsibility and the Company cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from such silence. Participant's Travel Insurance: The participant shall possess valid travel or and medical insurance that covers personal accidents, injuries, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, and repatriation arising from participation in the Activity. The Company does not provide or substitute for such insurance. Failure to have adequate coverage is the participant's sole responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable for any uninsured costs or consequences. The participant expressly waives any right to bring legal action or claim against the Company or Released Parties for any harm arising from the Activity, to the maximum extent permitted by law. After the Activity the participant is encouraged (but not obliged) to share any feedback with the guide or Company, including things they liked, suggestions for improvement, or constructive criticism. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, demands or causes of action brought by any third party arising from the participant’s involvement in the Activity. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By participating in any Activity with Happy Tours Switzerland, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and voluntarily accept all terms of this Liability Waiver and Release in their entirety without duress.
