The family atmosphere, the variety of dishes and wines offered, the dinner in the vineyard with sunset will make the afternoon spent together unforgettable!
There will also be the opportunity to take a walk in the vineyard where we will talk about the traditions of our land and vine cultivation techniques.
Mother Beatrice's cuisine will make you relive the flavors of your grandmother!
In case of intolerances we vary the menu according to your requests.

What To Expect
This is not a dinner but a journey!
Put together the typical Apulian food, the wine we produce, the vineyard, locals for generations, the view over the Itria Valley, the sunset between the hills and an international company, the result will not be easily forgotten.
We will start with a walk in the vineyard where we will talk about the history of the Itria Valley, local traditions, the cultivation of grapes and its transformation into wine.
The table in the vineyard will now be set.
Another journey begins, the one between flavors and aromas of food and wine. The cuisine is that of our mother, born and raised in these lands.
Five appetizers will be accompanied by the first two wines, followed by the handmade orecchiette a few hours before. Finally, the typical bombette cooked on the stove as per tradition. Dinner is therefore an opportunity to combine our best wines, white, rosé and red, in a real tasting
Dessert and rosoli to finish
The family atmosphere, the peace of the location and the table shared between people from all over the world will transform a dinner into an experience, a journey through flavours, traditions and cultures.
