Our class size is 9 people so entire course is very personal and you are able to get hands on at every cooking steps. We won’t just give you step by step instruction on how to make the food but also give you an insight into local life. The dishes you are going to cook are authentic and not too time consuming. Ingredients are easy to find. This class will help you show off your new Vietnamese cooking skill to your family and friends when you get home! - 8.00 AM- 8.30 AM/ 2.00 PM- 2.30 PM: You will be picked up by a local tour guide at your hotel in Da Nang center.
- Join the farmers in preparing the land and growing vegetables
- Visit a local market to select fresh ingredients and show the emphasis on quality and authenticity.
- 9.15 AM/ 3.15 PM: Go to a local house. Learn to cook 4 authentic Vietnamese foods.
- Lunch/ Dinner is of course cooked and enjoyed by you
- 12.00 PM/ 6.00 PM PM: Tour ends.
