This is a nice relaxing experience where you can take time out of your holiday schedule.

What To Expect
Join me in my Victorian Dublin home for a real Irish food & culture experience with a warm Irish welcome.
First, we'll relax with tea or coffee before baking. As we bake, I'll share my passion for Irish food and culture, giving you a unique insight into Irish life. As a diet & wellness coach, I'll offer cooking tips for a healthier, happier lifestyle.
Choose between baking delicious Irish scones using a traditional recipe OR my Granny’s beloved Apple Cake, made the authentic Irish way. As your creation bakes, we’ll chat about Irish food, culture, and traditions. Then, we’ll sit down to enjoy your warm, homemade treat. If you’ve made scones, you’ll savor them with fresh cream, butter, and jam—simply delicious. If you’ve chosen apple cake, the spiced flavors with a dollop of fresh cream will be divine!
This hands-on experience is suitable for ages 8+ and perfect for families.
Dietary requirements can be catered for—just let me know in advance. You can take home extra baking, and I’ll send you the recipes.
