We offer courses for small groups in order to provide the best possible support. We've created a welcoming and functional cooking school to make you feel at home. With us, you'll learn while having fun in an informal and pleasant environment.
What's Included
- Lunch Once the pasta is made, we head to the kitchen to cook your creations Finally, gather around the table to enjoy your handmade meal with a lovely glass of wine.
Meeting and Pickup
If you arrive at the train station you'll find a small car park. We'll be there to pick up you. If you arrive with your car or with taxi our address is: Scuola di cucina Wellness Gourmet Via del bucco 33 Bazzano. It's very simple to find but however when you make the reservation please write your phone mobile and we'll send you a detailed map

What To Expect
Laura, our teacher, will follow you step by step, in all the stages of fresh pasta production.
Under her expert guidance, you will lear how to realize Tagliatelle, Tortelloni and garganelli. You will work from your own station, equipped with a traditional wooden board and rolling pin.
- Hand-knead your own pasta dough from scratch.
- Roll out thin sheets of “sfoglia” – completely by hand!
- Learn how to perfectly shape tortelloni.
- Master the knife-cut technique for authentic tagliatelle.
- Learn how to perfectly shape garganelli.
