Guided by our professional chef, the group will decide what to prepare based on seasonal ingredients and personal tastes. This creates a dynamic, interactive experience, where every guest contributes.
Because this is a shared (JOIN) class, we carefully balance preferences to create a menu that works beautifully for everyone — making the experience inclusive, engaging, and always surprising.
Expect a varied and satisfying menu, typically including:
* 2 types of fresh handmade pasta (such as ravioli, tagliatelle, pappardelle, gnocchi or spaghetti)
* 2 types of handmade sauce (choose with all group)
* Traditional bruschette or Tuscan panzanella

* To preserve the quality and harmony of this shared experience:
* This class is not suitable for:
* Gluten-free diets
* Guests under 14
* If you are gluten-free, we invite you to join our dedicated gluten-free cooking class in our separate kitchen
