Learning to make cocktails is the latest Italian fashion and also an exclusive experience: a famous barman will help you to prepare three drinks, including the legendary Negroni cocktail.
The Negroni, the most celebrated aperitif in the world, was invented here in Florence by Count Camillo Negroni one hundred years ago. Count Negroni returned to Florence from England, where he had tasted gin and fell in love with the juniper aftertaste. This is the reason why he had it added to his cocktail based on Campari and Vermouth, which he liked to call the "Americano", at instead of soda. Thus this new cocktail was created, which crossed the Italian borders with the name of Negroni.
