Join one of our certified naturalist guides for an unforgettable journey through the largest temperate rainforest in the world.  Explore this unique ecosystem and its’ amazing in habitants away from the crowds.  

Your naturalist guide will choose one of two different trails (2-4 miles based on experience) that will offer breathtaking views of waterfalls, the Tongass National Forest, and the world-famous Mendenhall Glacier. Your expert guide will provide interpretation along the way and share information about this unique and amazing ecosystem and its inhabitants. Possible wildlife sightings include: black bears, American bald eagles, wild Alaskan salmon, porcupines, and more! Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Southeast Alaska, stretch your legs, and get some exercise on this incredible outdoor adventure.

    Your naturalist guide will take you on a 2-4 mile hike that will offer breathtaking views of waterfalls, the Tongass National Forest, and the world-famous Mendenhall Glacier. Your expert guide will provide interpretation along the way and share information about this unique and amazing ecosystem and its inhabitants.
