Our concept allows you to understand wine... intuitively!
Our perceptual memory is excessively effective at retaining information over the long term. In addition to having a fun experience that challenges your own senses, you will easily anchor the characteristics of the wine to your feelings, without any effort.
It is in particular this memory that takes you back to your childhood memories when you smell the smell of your grandmother's meals... or even the memory of vacations when you smell the chlorine of a swimming pool.
PS: the experience takes place with a small merchant in Montpellier, passionate about the art of wine and good living. You will be invited to discover its world, as well as its wide range of local products and elsewhere!

Imagine an experience where tasting is not a series of technical terms and strict rules, but an engaging game that invites you to explore wine through your senses. We have created a sensory adventure that breaks traditional codes: instead of drowning you in complex vocabularies, we guide you through a series of fun and interactive challenges.
For 2 hours, in a beautifully appointed underground wine cellar in Montpellier, you will participate in a journey where each step is designed to awaken your senses and deepen your understanding of wine in an intuitive and enjoyable way. Compare wine colors to colorful fabrics, associate aromas with fresh foods, and identify wine textures through tactile sensations.
