You will have the chance to learn the secrets of the fresh ingredients and the cooking points, and spend a good afternoon in the company, have fun, and taste delicious meals.
Take the opportunity to attend a Pasta and Tiramisù class in Naples, to taste the real Italian flavors! In the first part of the class, you will follow the Chef and you will prepare the pasta dough. You will actively participate in the cutting of the pasta and the preparation of tiramisù. We will provide you with all the fresh and genuine ingredients.
Pasta is an Italian symbol and it’s prepared with simple ingredients and just with a little bit of creativity.

- Meals 1 plate: trio of pasta with 3 different sauces cooked by the chef, 1 Tiramisù per person, 1 coffee per person, 1 Drink (you can choose between alcoholic or soft drink)
- Snacks for an extra topping and extra food it's necessary to pay a supplement
- Carbonated beverages from the second drink, it is necessary to pay a supplement
- Tips for staff are not included
- Aprons must be returned at the end of each class. They can be purchased for an additional fee.

What To Expect
As soon as we arrive and get to know each other, we will start preparing our Tiramisu to then put in the fridge to eat. We will whip and eggs and prepare our cream. Then we will complete our tiramisu with coffee-dipped biscuits and a rich sprinkling of cocoa.
Once the tiramisu is finished we will begin to prepare our Italian egg pasta dough.
Once the dough has been made, working with our hands and simple rolling pins, we will make our pasta sheet from which we will then make our pasta shapes.
We will cut and fill the Ravioli with fresh Ricotta, we will prepare the Maltagliati to eat with potatoes and provola, and we will also make tagliatelle for the Nerano pasta.
We will talk about the tools, flour, eggs and other ingredients and I will reveal the secrets to having a good cooking point.
After preparation, our chef will cook the pasta you have prepared and you can eat a plate of each prepared dish, water and 1 drink are included.
we will close the meal with coffee.
