Stand up paddle is an incredibly fun and liberating activity. Stand up is suitable for all ages, children, as well as old, and requires normal fitness. Leangbukta is a quiet and peaceful place with mostly flat water. It is especially easy for beginners to try the paddle activity here. The nature is nice and the surroundings beautiful.

What To Expect
Enjoy an eventful and exciting 2-hour trip on stand up paddleboard in Leangbukta. You will paddle together with a guide to Konglungen and back. If you are new to stand up paddle board, instructions will be given. Leangbukta is idyllically located in the Oslo Fjord. Deep in the bay it is shallow and it is very exciting to see underwater. Feel free to bring swimming and snorkeling equipment. If we have time, it is also nice to paddle to Hvalstrand baths. This is the nearest beach. Here you will find a restaurant, diving board, kiosk and toilets. We will paddle past the beautiful Esviken and under the bridge that connects Konglungen with Løkeneshalvøya. If you like, bring a packed lunch and enjoy a good meal out on the water. Experience the peace and freedom of the sea. Paddel on a sup board gives you a whole new experience of nature. Come alone or bring your family, friends, pet (cat/dog) or colleagues on a memorable trip. You do not necessarily have to have a specific goal with the trip, you just make experiences along the way.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
