Meeting and Pickup
Important InformationThe time on your voucher indicates the start of the pickup window, not the exact pickup time. Your actual pickup time depends on your location and will be confirmed by text and/or email the day before your visit. _________________________________Hotel Pickup & Drop-off Zone: Available only in the western districts of Paris (1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 15th, 16th, and western parts of the 2nd, 5th, 14th, 17th). We offer hotel pick-up whenever conditions allow. However, in Paris there are many restrictions such as bus lanes, one-way streets, and no-stopping zones. As a result, it may not always be possible to collect you directly in front of your hotel. In such cases, we will provide you with a meeting point just around the corner or at a nearby accessible location. _________________________________Meeting Point Option: If your address is outside this zone, you can choose one of our two fixed meeting points: Champs-Élysées, Near the Eiffel Tower

Please note that the guide is unable to provide personal assistance.
