What To Expect
Master the art of making a traditional tiramisu, as well as perfect pasta from scratch, in this three-hour masterclass. Cooking authentic Italian food in the heart of Rome, under the watchful eye of a local chef—what could be better than that?
In this class, you’ll make a delicious, creamy tiramisu and while you let it chill in the fridge, you’ll learn how to make homemade pasta from scratch.
Master making authentic sauce to pair with your pasta—carbonara or cacio e pepe—safe in the knowledge that when you’re home, you’re going to wow your friends and family. Whilst you’re cooking, enjoy local drinks, including 2 glasses of prosecco and 2 glasses of wine, and learn all about the art and history of Italian cooking from the professionals.
