Recreate traditional Roman recipes in your very own private cooking class—a personalized, hands-on experience tailored just for you and your group. Whether you're a couple, a family, or friends, this exclusive class gives you the freedom to learn at your pace, ask questions, and enjoy direct guidance from your chef.
With your private chef, you’ll knead, roll, cut, and cook fresh fettuccine pasta, choosing from two classic Roman sauces. Then master creamy tiramisù (Italian for “pick-me-up”!)—and receive both recipes by email to recreate at home.
After cooking, sit down to enjoy your meal in a relaxed, private setting, with local wine and soft drinks. Unlike group classes, this experience offers flexibility, personal attention, and a more intimate atmosphere. We’re happy to adapt the menu for dietary needs—just let us know in advance.
