What To Expect
PICKUP
1) Pickup at the hotel or B&B or apartment in Rome at the address provided at the time of booking.
DROP-OFF
1) Drop-off at Civitavecchia cruise port, directly at the dock of the ship
2) Drop-off is also available at the hotels in Civitavecchia; if you are note able to locate the hotel please enter the address.
LUGGAGE
A) Luggage included: one standard suitecase and one hand-bag person
B) Standard suitcase:70*43*26 centimeters and a maximum weight of 23 kilograms. C) Hand luggage: 40*30*20 with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms.
D) Extra luggage must be reported in advance and is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
E) The company has the right to refuse to transfer passengers with excess luggage and reserves the right to apply supplements for excess baggage.

**Due to the many road works for Jubilee 2025 in Rome, traffic in the city has increased significantly. For this reason, your driver may arrive 10-15 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time. We thank you for your patience and understanding**
