What To Expect
There is no dish of Spanish cuisine more internationally known than paella. Now you can be part of its cooking and tasting! Learn why we use each of its ingredients, where they come from, as well as the history and evolution of this traditional dish of the Mediterranean cuisine.
Not only will our team introduce and teach you about this iconic dish, we will also prepare you a traditional and special sangria with the freshest ingredients of the area.

*Please note: This is not a cooking class but a showcooking. This means that this is a chef demonstration where customers do not participate in the cooking (due the recipe's circumstances and safety).*
