My name is Maria Rita, I was born in Erice, I am an ambassador and passionate about the typical flavors of Sicilian cuisine. Cook for passion, as a child I loved going to the typical market with my father who told me many stories and secrets of every product we bought together. Sicilian cuisine is simple but its importance is fresh ingredients. I love to include everyone because Sicilian cuisine has recipes for all tastes (Vegans, Vegetarians, Fish and Meat). I specialize in Gluten free and I pay attention to all allergies and intolerances (for this reason I will call you after booking to decide together on the menu) The visit to the market will be really interesting also for how the vendors shout and above all it will be fun and magical to cook together a typical lunch at my house
In my cozy kitchen and I will give him the recipes to be able to repeat at your home every recipe

What To Expect
We will take a tour of the market, where I will explain the origins of the products, the uses and seasonal periods and how we cook them. Afterwards we will move to my house and there we will do the cooking class of the menu of your choice (taking into account your food preferences, your allergies and your intolerances) at the end you can enjoy a typical lunch cooked by you, in the living room of my house with a wonderful view of the archaeological park. I love taking care of those who come into my home
