This hands-on experience blends traditional Japanese cuisine with innovative fusion recipes, guided by your local chef. You’ll prepare comforting miso soup, a refreshing edamame salad, master sushi-rolling techniques with two signature rolls, and finish with a sweet-savory dessert.
