Cooking paella is the most remarkable Valencian experience, not only at culinary level but also at a social level. Family and friends gather around a paella during the cooking process, enjoying good conversation until the moment comes to share this delicious dish.
The goal of this class is to share this unique experience with everyone who visits Valencia, either individually or as a group, learning to cook one of the most important dishes of world cuisine in a festive atmosphere.
You will be welcomed in a charming place to learn how to cook the traditional paella from Valencia. In a family environment, you will prepare this famous and delicious recipe. You will totally feel as a local. All the products are fresh.
We have won the first prize for the best paella in Valencia at the 58th International Paella Competition in Sweden, we use products with Valencian designation of origin. And you will enjoy a different and personal experience.

Using zero-kilometer ingredients sourced from the famous Central Market of Valencia, you’ll learn the traditional techniques of rice selection, cooking, and flavor balancing that define this centuries-old recipe.
As your paella slowly cooks, enjoy a tasting of Mediterranean starters and a glass of homemade sangria in a warm, convivial atmosphere. Finally, sit down to savor the paella you’ve created — a true taste of Valencia’s culinary soul.
