We provide pre-arranged reliable transportation experience for our clients to destinations between Calgary's surrounding communities and Banff. Travel time is subject to traffic conditions and unexpected weather delays.
What's Included
- Calgary Airport Authority Arrival Pickup Fee for Van/SUV of $25.20 CAD
- Private transportation
- GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- Air-conditioned vehicle
- Transported by commercially inspected, insured, and licenced vehicle
- 1 Child Car Seat upon request (Required by Alberta law for children up to 6 years or up to 40 lbs.)
- Meet and Greet at Calgary Airport (YYC)
- Gratuities
- If Applicable: (Parks Canada) Banff National Park Daily Entry Fee $11 CAD/person or $22.00 per Family/Group per day (Multiple Park 365 Day Annual Discovery Pass available $151.25), minimum:
Meeting and Pickup
*** Clients are met at the pickup location and transported to their destination. **** We will attempt to reach you upon arrival via your provided contact information, ie text, phone, or email.*** Airport Pickup Notes **** For airport arrivals, we will arrive at the scheduled time, please notify us of any flight delays and cancellations as soon as possible, we will also monitor your flight for delays and cancellations to the best of our ability and will work to reschedule your pickup to meet you within 20 minutes of your flight arrival to accommodate for time it takes to clear customs and retrieve your luggage.* For international arrivals, we will meet you after you clear the customs area and pickup your luggage, then exit past the customs counter through the secure doors to the meeting area D.* For domestic arrivals, we will meet our clients either by the luggage carousal or meeting area A, B or C depending on your flight gate.* We will also be holding a sign such as a Paper/IPhone/IPad with your name on it.
