What To Expect
During this interactive workshop, you’ll dive into the world of Belgian chocolate making. Guided by an expert chocolatier/host, you'll create your very own Belgian pralines from scratch. As you craft these chocolate delicacies, you’ll also get to enjoy a tasting experience of authentic Belgian beer(s). Whether you're a novice or a chocolate enthusiast, you'll leave with new skills, sweet treats to take home, and unforgettable memories from your time in Ghent.

- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Children (<16 years) should be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 basis.
- We only serve alcoholic drinks for participants of 18 years old and above. Minor participants below 18 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks.
- The workshop is in English as people from all over the world participate. Our hosts can translate some parts if necessary.
- Each chocolate station, also known as a chocolatière, is shared by two participants.
- We use dark chocolate for crafting the praline shells. Milk chocolate is used for the ganache filling.
- Age requirement: This workshop is for participants aged 12 and older.
- Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
