We had our Legends of Bruges Historical walking tour with Louis, who is a passionate Brugian historian tour guide, his passion about the legends of his city were inspiring, entertaining and very insightful. The tour, all-in-all was 2.5 hours long and extremely helpful especially for a first look at the city. It's best for anyone wanting to see and imagine the history of Bruges in anecdotes. All the legends and events that made Bruges what it is today. We weren't too big of a group, not big where it was crowded and not small either. The atmosphere was fun and light. Louis was very interactive and welcomed engagement at any time. The tour itself is a free walking tour. You pay a small amount to the platform you're booking through and you're generally expected to pay a tip but honestly the guide does such a great job at walking you through the history of Bruges, it's worth every penny.

This was a great excursion. Both my 13-year-old daughter and myself really enjoyed the amount of history shared with us by the guide. The tour gives you much more context of so many of Bruges’ famous site. Our guide was really enthusiastic and passionate. She was clearly someone who enjoys sharing Bruges’ with the city’s guests. Definitely a must when visiting the city!

Steve was an amazing guide! He told us so much history about the city but in a fun, interactive way! We were traveling with kids, 14 and 12, and this was our fourth country we visited. After almost two weeks of travel and many tours, it can be difficult for kids to stay engaged but Steve made it so great and they said they would have been happy to have it be longer! All four of us decided Bruges was our favorite visit and Steve was a huge part of that!! We want to come back for sure!!!
