What To Expect
Your flying trapeze experience begins with a full safety briefing and quick waiver completion. Our professional coaches walk you through the equipment, spotting techniques, and how we keep every participant safe at all times.
Next, you’ll learn the foundations on the ground and practice the first key skill: the knee hang. With coaching and clear step-by-step guidance, you’ll climb the ladder, take off from the platform, and try your knee hang in the air—an exciting moment for all first-timers.
The class ends with the highlight of the experience: being caught by a professional catcher. Once you’re ready, you’ll repeat your knee hang and reach out to be caught mid-air, completing a classic flying trapeze sequence and finishing the class on a real circus high.
