Upon disembarking, you will easily identify our team, who will be wearing green shirts. For your convenience, simply ask for Alfredo Sánchez, who will be coordinating your reception with our staff.To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, we recommend that the meeting point be located approximately 35 to 45 minutes after the cruise ship's arrival, allowing sufficient time for disembarkation.For guests staying in hotels in Puerto Plata or Sosúa, we offer a pick-up service directly from your accommodation. Simply make your reservation in advance and provide us with your hotel details. Our team will pick you up promptly, providing comfort, safety, and personalized service from the very first moment.If your cruise ship arrives at Amber Cove, we recommend contacting us in advance to coordinate all the details of your pick-up. As with Taíno Bay, we will be waiting for you in the taxi area inside the port, where you can recognize our staff by their green shirts.
