What To Expect
In this unique culinary experience, you will immerse yourself in the charm and authenticity of Mexican cuisine while you explore the exuberant surroundings of the Ranch, we will begin with a drive through the mountains that surround the city, upon arrival you will visit the beautiful gardens you will marvel at the variety of herbs, spices and fruits that they grow right there. We will go to our cozy kitchen, where you will equip yourself with all the necessary utensils and ingredients for the class we will share with you our knowledge, teaching you step by step the preparation of a variety of dishes such as chiles rellenos, salsas, and guacamole, you'll learn how to combine spices and flavors for the perfect balance.
Once you have finished cooking, you will sit down to enjoy the delicious Mexican dish prepared by you.
In addition to learning to cook, it will also give you a deeper understanding of the culture and history by learning about the tequila & mezcal process by savoring each distillation (only for adults). You will have the opportunity to relax in the natural pools, hammocks and lounge chairs creating unforgettable memories.
