Traditional Mexican Cooking Classes
Overview
Our classes will be taught by a certified un-Chef, with which they will travel through Mexico with the flavors that we will be tasting and the traditional techniques with which we will be working throughout the class. As we will try some drinks made with a liquor of Mexican origin from different regions of the country.
Also during the class the chef instructor will explain the origin and use of the ingredients they cook, as well as part of the history of the dishes made with those ingredients.
This is an experience for us to have dinner with friends, one of our main objectives is to meet them and that we can transmit our culture through our traditional food, which is a heritage of humanity.
