Prompt pickup with information put on WhatsApp. Glad they mentioned taking along sweater or jacket as Cricova Winery is underground and quite cool. Make sure to wear sneakers and not sandals as ground is rocky at Orhei Monastery.

Victor clearly is a learned and cultured man.His knowledge about politics / economy / history is detailed and for a tour like this one it is imports to have the details!Wherever he may be interpreted as impartial he points this out and gives you the other side of the debate.My only recommendation would be perhaps to split for lunch and regroup. But I know this opinion was not universally or indeed even a minority view.Overall a good trip!

Ecaterina was an excellent guide! It felt less like a 'tour' and more like a local friend showing you around. She was very knowledge about all the locations and history, and had a good sense of humour. She was able to customise our tour to fit our schedule and we aboslutely love the experience, something very unique!

We really enjoyed our tour with our guide Valerii. Even though it was raining, the experience was wonderful – and seeing a rainbow over the vineyards made it truly special. The visit to the "Martha and Mary" Monastery was peaceful and inspiring, and the Purcari Winery tour gave us a great insight into Moldova’s winemaking tradition.

Wonderful trip and fantastic guide Natalia. Thanks to her we fell in love with Transnistria and Moldova. She showed us many interesting places and gave us valuable advice for the next days of our stay.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Our guide was amazing — patient, clear, and always made sure we knew how to drive and what to expect on the trail. We chose the Molovata tour and were absolutely stunned by the beauty of the Dniester River.The food was delicious — traditional Moldovan dishes like plăcinte and zeamă made the experience even more authentic. The buggies were in great condition, no issues at all, and we definitely got our dose of pure adrenaline. Highly recommend to anyone looking for adventure in Moldova

Probably great fun with kids. Puzzles little bit too easy for my taste, and I was hoping that they would be more interactive with the environment. Mostly they were just released at a location but otherwise not related to it.

I did not take this exact tour Tatiana is advertising here. I took a 1 day tour starting from Chisinau and visiting Transnistria in October of 2024. I paid 130 US through Top10Adventures® which I thought a bit high. But it did include the drive to and from Chisinau. Lunch was separate.First, I was not charged a single supplement and able to book last minute which was great. Most of us on the tour (6) were single and from all over. The communication was OK utilizing whats app after I booked.Second, and here is the bad part- I was ending my vacation and had a bad knee injury and the driver put me in the back of a car with three rows. Because of my injury and the cramped space I could not exit the car on my own. I am tiny so it is not a size thing it is just my knee was injured, and I pointed it out but was ignored.The driver should have moved the younger male who was also small in the front seat to the back to help me out. I suffered a great deal and it was very embarrassing as people had to lift me out and I am not used to this. I would not have had this issue in 3 other seats in the car but he did not move me. Since I was not taken care of both tips were withheld for this lack of basic customer service and being the only American they hurt themselves dearly as the other nationalities were from non-tipping cultures.Anyway, aside from that the tour was pretty good. Tatianta tried to give each member of the group personal service and that was wonderful. I for example had to exchange money and have a Transnistrian beer-it was good even at 10 am lol Another guy wanted to get the plastic coins, and some Italians insisted on an afternoon expresso. Of course, we all needed our kitschy souvenirs, and she accommodated us there as well. It was a blast taking the public transit, seeing the market, walking down the streets seeing how they live, and the fortress was amazing.For lunch she took us to her house where her mom served us. That was really cool! I was happy because she did not force us the get a big lunch and we could choose to order a la cart. Nothing is worse on a tour than when they force you to buy a 40 dollar lunch when you want a cheap lunch. Seeing her house was cool. During lunch her family and friends played a typical song for us and sang. Corney but lovely non the less. And for those curious the border crossing was easy.I very much recommend a trip with Tatiana.

The tour was very wonderful. The guide presented everything well and it was fascinating to learn all about it. It was very convenient that hotel pick up was provided; hospitality was very high-level. My mom and sister who came with me enjoyed it very much too, made for a good family outing.

Had a great day with Ecaterina, very knowledgeable, very nice and funny lady. The tour itself was what I had expected it to be, so I have no complaints and would recommend this tour..

I'm 6 weeks late in finally writing this review, but it must be said: Wow! What a heartfelt experience this was, with Laurentia Z., my tour guide operating through HiMoldova. For a few separate day-trips that proved unforgettable, I'm glad I made the decision to visit the beautiful, humble country of Moldova when I did, and was able to connect with Laurentia of all people. She's truly a wonderful, motherly woman, who showed me more love than my own family members ever have, ha. She showed me around Chisinau, and surrounding areas, and even managed to help me reconnect with a former Moldovan-Ukrainian girlfriend and her family members. Each conversation was natural and meaningful, and I was treated as a friend, or even a son, rather than a customer. There's so much more to Moldova than a visitor could imagine, and I can't think of a better way to explore the country's historical and natural attractions, than with Laurentia. I now have a newfound appreciation for the special people surviving in this part of the world, from the local Moldovans to the Ukrainian refugees, and they've truly earned my respect. The sights are impressionable, the food and wine spectacular, and I'd be crazy to not recommend taking this trip of a lifetime, to anyone considering going. Show Moldova some love! They deserve it.

Nicolai was an excellent guide. He's knowledgeable, personable, and his English is spot-on. He customized the tour based on our interests, and even helped us with finding souvenirs. The visit to Cricova winery was very interesting and must enjoyable. Our guide at the winery, Victoria, also some excellent English and was very engaging. This tour was well worth the time and money. Highly recommend.
