We had such a great time at the wine tasting! Danny was fantastic—friendly, and kept us entertained with plenty of funny stories throughout the experience. The venue is beautiful, the wines were delicious, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable wine tasting experience.

My husband and I had an amazing day with Hunter Valley Tours! We joined a tour with a wonderful group of strangers who, by our second cellar door, felt more like friends. Julie was incredibly accommodating and made our last-minute booking so easy, which we really appreciated. David was a fantastic tour guide friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. He made the day relaxed, fun, and enjoyable from start to finish. The selection of wineries and distilleries was excellent, giving us a great variety of experiences, and the lunch was absolutely delicious. From the moment we were picked up in the morning to our final drop-off in the evening, this Hunter Valley wine tour was nothing short of perfect. Every detail felt considered, from the comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to the relaxed pace that let us actually enjoy the day rather than rush through it. Our guide was warm, funny, and clearly passionate about the region, sharing local history and interesting facts about winemaking that made the whole experience feel personal rather than like a typicalgroup tour. The wineries selected were genuinely great choices. Rather than sticking to the big, touristy names, the itinerary struck a lovely balance between well-known cellar doors and smaller boutique wineries we never would have found on our own. Each stop had its own character, and the variety in the wines poured meant we came away having tried far more styles than we expected — crisp semillons, rich shirazes, and a few delightful surprises along the way. The staff at every winery were friendly and knowledgeable, happy to chat about their vineyards and answer every question we had, no matter how basic. Lunch was a real highlight, with generous portions and a beautiful setting overlooking the vines. The addition of a cheese and chocolate tasting between wineries was a thoughtful touch that broke up the day nicely and kept our palates fresh for the next pour. We even spotted kangaroos grazing near one of the vineyards, which was an unexpected bonus that had everyone reaching for their phones. What really made the day stand out was how well-organized everything was. There was no scrambling between stops, no awkward waiting around, and no feeling of being herded through a checklist. The pacing gave us just enough time at each winery to taste properly, browse the cellar door, and soak in the scenery without ever feeling rushed or, on the other end, bored. By the end of the day, we wererelaxed, full, and thoroughly impressed. It's rare for a tour to live up to the hype, but this one did in every respect — the company nailed the logistics, the guide made the day memorable, and the wineries themselves were simply excellent choices that showcased the very best of what the Hunter Valley has to offer. I'd recommend this tour without hesitation to anyone visiting the region, whether it's your first time in the Hunter Valley or your fifth. It was, without exaggeration, the perfect day out.

Declan was absolutely awesome. He came out to meet us, we felt very welcome, his instructional technique, pace and knowledge was beyond reproach. We had such an amazing experience and what an incredible space they have created to showcase winemaking. More importantly I have been going to the hunter for wine and wine tasting for the past 14 years, do not know how I have missed this beautiful estate and he has very nice accommodations. This is the best wine I have tasted and will now stock up on McCaffrey’s wine only instead of any other in the hunter region. Great wine, great cheese, great knowledge winemaker to answer questions.

On this trip to Sydney we wanted to experience the Hunter valley wineries and lunch but not on a massive tour bus going to big commercial wineries. We were so lucky yo find Coast to Cork. This is a truly wonderful luxury tour business run by husn=band and wife team Kylie and Daniel. We were picked up on time by Daniel in sydney and thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hour drive and converstaion all the way. We did stops and wine tastings at Keith tulloch wines hosted by Jacob (with their beutiful gins added as a special tasting), then off to Thomas Allen wines hosted by the lovely Desi, lunch at Bistro Molines and rounding out at Mountain View Wines where we met the beautiful and hilarious Hannah. Make no mistake these wineries are very very special and being on the tour with Daniel you will be offered special tatsings of wines that the general public wont have access to. The 3 hosts were so knowledgeable and across all facets of their wines. Lunch at bistro Molines was superb and you can see my seprate review on that. At then of the day Daniel dropped us back in Sydney at our hotel. It was just memorable and one of the best day tours that we have ever been on. If you are Sydney and want to head to the Hunter Valley your biggest mistake will be not booking with Kylie and Daniel at Coast to Cork to host you for the day. Thansk to everyone involved for a superb day.

The cheese tasting experience was very good and informative. The different cheeses were very tasty.

Great time with Clare. She gave us a great tour of Tulloch and its history. Wine tasting was good with cheeseboard. Yums. Good time for family!
