What a great experience for someone who didn’t know much about the horse racing industry. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about everything. The tour wasn’t rushed but we covered a lot of ground! Worth doing!!

First off I have to say our tour guide Caroline was top-notch! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very fun and kept the group on target and did a good job holding everyone’s attention. No easy task for this group of seven! Most of the places we went to we would absolutely seek out again. She also gave great recommendations to other fun things to see and do in Lexington! She loves her City and knows it well. We would all highly recommend Caroline and this tour!

We had family in town and thought this would fun. It was fantastic! Caroline was amazing with her choices for food stops, her knowledge of Lexington was very interesting and what a fun person. I would highly recommend her and the tour. We will be trying their other options.

Absolutely outstanding! We had a custom tour of history and pub crawl in the afternoon. Our group was large so we divided into 2 groups and then met back together for our final stop. Our guides and their knowledge made for a fun, entertaining, and knowledgeable experience! This will definitely be on my rotation for “what to do with guests!” Can’t wait to do the True Crime Tour with local friends.

Love visiting historical places and old homes if history’s elite. Self guided tour was nice, if you have earbuds bring them so you can listen to the audio guide as you go. Beautiful property. Staff at the check in will offer you a brief history of the property before you begin.

Must see if you love history.
It was so hot outside we decided to tour this place. For $11 you can have a self-guided tour. But I wanted The full experience so it was $20 for a guided tour. I recommend that one. Because you won't know what was going on with Mary Todd. You're allowed to take pictures inside as long as there's no flash which is very unusual for a historical home. They do have a gift shop. Downstairs in the basement there is a restrooms. I didn't know what I know now about Mary Todd because history of paints are in a bad way after she lost three of her sons and her husband. So I highly recommend this to understand what she might have gone through.

This was a nice experience. Walked around restaurants in the distillery district, heard some fun history about some colorful Lexington people, and ate A LOT of food. Not just samples! We couldn't eat nor drink it all.
