Spending time with Agnese and her warm and welcoming parents in their home was the highlight of my trip to Ostuni. From picking vegetables from their garden to learning how to make fresh pasta, it was a uniquely authentic experience I’ll cherish forever. Sitting around the table eating the 4-course meal we prepared (with a glass of rosé), talking, laughing and bonding. Wow! What an incredible time we had at cantina Alberga. We arrived and the environment is beautiful and relaxed. The tour around the vines and cellar was very interesting. Valeria was our tour quite and she was brilliant - incredibly knowledgeable, and friendly. Then we got on to tasting the wines - sat outside with views of the vineyard gardens. Wines were impecible and served with amazing items from the kitchen. Very good value for the quality of produce we got to try! Thankyou again Cantina Alberga - we will be back!

Absolutely amazing wine tour and tasting with Ilaria. The vineyard tour and particularly seeing the buildings where folks used to press and make the olive oil was wonderful. Great selection of 4 wines. We were picked up and dropped off in Ostuni too, so we didn’t have to worry about driving home after (a lot) of wine. We even bought one of the bottles of Rosé to take home as it was so delicious.A great experience, would thoroughly recommend!

The winery is newly opened and utilises traditional methods and grapes to produce really enjoyable Wines! The guide was friendly and knowledgable (she is the sommelier for the group) and provided a really interesting tour - it might have been interesting to view the grape vines for the different varieties they grow too (but was a v hot day!) Post tour tasting experience was also excellent, Wines carefully paired with local food staples. The winery is a testament to a huge amount of work over the last few years and reflects careful planning and dedication to the cause - suspect this will only become more popular as it becomes established, so best to book asap!

I spent the evening at Senti La Puglia with a group of 15 women as part of a retreat we hosted in Puglia. We could not have had a better experience!! Silvia, Fabio, and the team guided us through a beautiful cultural experience. Silvia is a wonderful, gifted teacher who taught us the significance of Pizzica. It was a joy to see the women in our group of all ages dancing so freely. The food was incredible; mozzarella was made in front of us. One woman said it was the best cheese she’s ever had! The team catered to several dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian), and that food was delicious as well! Even dessert! As we drank wine, we had live music and Silvia danced for us. It was an evening of celebration.. the fresh food, music, dancing, laughter—something this group will never forget. If you’re interested in an authentic, beautiful experience of Puglia, this is a must!
