We had an amazing full-day excursion on the beautiful island of Naxos, and it exceeded all of our expectations.Our guide, Chanos, was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge of Naxos' history, culture, traditions, and local life was incredible. Every stop was interesting because he explained everything with passion, patience, and enthusiasm. He answered every question with a smile and made us feel truly welcome throughout the entire day.A special thank you also goes to our driver, Vasilis. His driving skills were exceptional. He safely navigated very narrow mountain roads that seemed impossible for a bus, always with complete confidence and professionalism. We felt safe and comfortable the entire trip.Together, Chanos and Vasilis made a fantastic team. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their guests turned a wonderful tour into an unforgettable experience.If you're visiting Naxos, we highly recommend taking a tour with Chanos and Vasilis. Absolutely loved my time here and it’s all thanks to the amazing crew team. They truly went above and beyond making everyone feel special. The food was bbqd right on the boat and was DELICIOUS. They take you to the most beautiful swim spots and give you plenty of time to explore. This was the highlight of my trip. Absolutely worth every penny, so if you’re planning a boat trip, make sure you book with them! 😊😊

If you’re in Naxos you got to do this

From start to finish this experience was phenomenal, we highly recommend this experience if you’re on Naxos, it’s definitely a must. We got to know different islands we otherwise would have missed. The whole staff was GREAT the captain very knowledgeable, we never once felt unsafe even when the tide got a bit choppy. The bbq food was delicious and one to remember.

The Highlight of Our Trip to Naxos

This was such an amazing experience not only was the water and views amazing, but the staff (Cpt. Giannis Jr, Stravroula, and Zizi) was wonderful and kind. Before the trip even began, the staff was responsive with our questions online. When we arrived Stravroula and ZiZi were very friendly and extremely welcoming. They were able to address our concerns about the windy weather.Our tour included getting history of the islands which is something we love, gorgeous views, stopping at two spots (including a cave which was crazy!!), relaxing sailing, a delicious and healthy snack, and of course wine.Giannis (Jr.), our captain, even let our tweens and tweens steer the boat on the way back which had them freaking out with excitement. My 16 year old was actually impressed and smiling from ear to ear!Between the friendliness of all of the staff, the variety in the boat tour, the beauty of the Greek islands, I now know why people said you must do this if you come (shout out to all the blogs and people who share for the recommendation). I will echo that sentiment. You cannot leave with out a boat tour. And please choose Gialitissa; Rina Cave Boat Tours. I really like to support good and kind people.Oh and the boat was really clean (I am a germaphobe and hate a mess). And finally, icing on the cake....they took pictures with a GoPro and DSLR the images were included!!!If you come to Naxos, make sure you book them. You will not regret it!

This was an awesome 4 hour tour of the Naxos history and really gives you an appreciation of the island way from just then beautiful beaches. Thanos our tour guide was outstanding, so knowledgeable and passionate about his island and its people and culture. So articulate and warm and friendly. Star is our driver was also lovely and drove us around the hilltops very safely. I would highly recommend tours with Naxos Bus Transfers

A wonderful tour with an exceptional guide

A great mini tour of some of the island’s beautiful villages & traditions. From the Temple of Demeter to the stunning villages of Chalki and Filoti, this tour gives you a sense of the real beauty of Naxos. Our driver Manolis, a native of Filoti, was a truly wonderful guide and driver and he was keen to tailor the experience to meet our interests as a family. Our kids 15 & 12 thoroughly enjoyed it too. We couldn’t recommend this enough.

A Fun, Full‑Day Experience Exploring Antiparos and the Blue Lagoon

We booked the Private Boat Tour to Antiparos and the Blue Lagoon, and it was a great experience, very fun and a full day of activities. We did have to drive to the port to meet our captain, even though the listing states that private transportation is included. In our case it wasn’t, but since we had rented a car to explore the island, it wasn’t a major issue. For travelers expecting pickup and drop‑off, this could be important to know.Our captain, Christos, was extremely friendly and personable. We had great conversations throughout the day, and he shared excellent tips on places to visit and restaurants to try during our stay in Paros. Swimming in the Blue Lagoon was a highlight, and we enjoyed stopping at several beautiful swimming spots along the way. The weather was perfect as we had no wind at all, which made the day even better.We also had time to walk around Antiparos, which is a charming town and worth the stop. Overall, the experience was fantastic and a fun way to spend the entire day. We met Christos at 9:30 a.m. and returned to the port close to 5 p.m.

Come for the Bread, Stay for the Stories

We had a wonderful time at the Real Wanderers olive bread-making class! Our instructor, Katerina, was a fantastic storyteller who made learning about olive oil and local traditions engaging and memorable. The bread-making was a lot of fun, and we enjoyed sampling a delicious variety of local foods throughout the experience. While we discovered that olives can be an acquired taste, we still had a great time and would absolutely recommend this class to anyone visiting Naxos!

This was a lovely experience. My family had a chance to get into the water and experience Rina Cave without being on a crowded boat. Make sure you give yourself enough time to get to the takeoff point so that you can enjoy the ride down the island and see all of the little villages and scenery along the way. Bonus points to stop and jump in the ocean a few times along the journey.

Naxos Girls Trip

Me and my friends did this tour during our girls trip to Greece and we had the most amazing time!! Our tour guide Elizabeth was the best showing us gorgeous views of Naxos. She also took us to have some of the best food and wine we had on our trip. She allowed us to take our time enjoying the tour and offered to take photos of us along the way. We learned so much about the food and culture of the town from her and felt it was a must do experience!!
