Must do when visiting Cancun! Clear waters

Our crew was so amazing and everything went by very smoothly!! Pick up was on time and the car was nicely air conditioned, then when we go to the dock, the line to pay our fee and get on the boat went by extremely fast. There were only 15 people on our boat (staff not included) but it was so big that everyone had their own space and it did not feel crowded at all! The food was super yummy, we got the choice of a ham cheese and veggie sandwich or a chicken and veggie sandwich, with the sides of fruit, tortilla chips and guac, and pasta salad. Snorkeling was very fun and well guided. The island was nice as well, beach is public access so we just went from dock to beach right when we got there! You get 3 hours to explore but after a couple of shops and swimming, it was the perfect amount of time.

Excellent experience into Myan culture

Very long day, but we’re well worth it. Enrique the driver was excellent. Juan made us a little paranoid about getting back to the bus in time after our first stop but we made it no problem and really enjoyed ourselves. The Cenote was cool but watching the Mayan Shaman do their thing was cooler. At Chichen Ista, Pastor took the time to give us great history as well as answer my specific questions on Myan mythology. Overall well worth it but exhausting.

Our trip was well worth it and it was amazing to visit this incredible historical site. We were picked up from our resort which was so convenient and our tour guide, Rafael, was so knowledgeable and charismatic. We learned so much! And Eleazar our driver was very safe and efficient.

Express tour to Chichen Itza

Perfect day. Picked up outside the hotel bang on time by Julio and Ana. Given water and a bite to eat. Stop off on the way for the bathroom and option of more refreshments. Ana gave an intro to Chichen Itza both verbally and visual on the tv that we had in the minibus. Ana came across as very knowledgeable about the site and culture. We got there in god time before the crowds and the heat. Straight in and the guided tour by Ana started straightaway. We spent over an hour with Ana on the main site then had an hour or so looking g around the rest of it and viewing the vendors stalls. Upon return to the minibus, we were given a cold flannel to cool us then a sandwich and cold drink (water and beer). Ana continued to talk about the Mayan culture and other sites. Thank you

Better than expected. Awesome experience would do it again! Not too long not too short.

Go with clothes that are hybrid/water and walking. Bring glasses if you can for the ATV’s it can get very dusty and dust will get in your eyes.

Excellent Fun Packed Attraction

Went yesterday , and we had a fabulous action packed day. The park is set in a combination of fabulous grounds and caves, maintained to an excellent standard, offering great guest facilities with an abundance of lockers, and changing rooms upon arrival which are exceptionally clean and modern. The rides and zip lines were fantastic and ultra safe so no worries there. We opted for the lunch package and the variety offered was amazing and very fresh and amazingly presented. Overall we felt it offered an excellent exceptional day and good value for money compared to a lot of other trips we did and by far the best!!! Only small complaint was that the signage was confusing and we regularly found ourselves asking one of the many park staff where things were, but other than that we would highly recommend the park to anyone thinking of going . A big thank you from us to Xcaret and the park team 😀😀👍👍

Best Cancun Excursion Experience

We had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and truly friendly, which made a big difference. Every activity was well organized and so much fun—from the zip lines and ATV rides to horseback riding and swimming in the cenote. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.

A brilliant family day out, great food and drink options included

We have had the most amazing day out at Xplor! Much better than any theme park in UK as rides/activities lasted 5-45minutes. It’s clean and really well organised, including a traffic light system to indicate how busy rides are. Food and drink is all included and was really good quality including a great selection of gluten free and vegan options. Zip-lining was not as scary as I expected, but I did wimp out of the waterside!

A great trip for the whole family

An excellent and informative trip. Guides (Marcela and Johnny Cash) were excellent, great fun and knew their stuff. We all enjoyed it, it kept a 15 and 17 year old fully amused for 12 hours. Transport was very efficient. Remember to bring a warm layer as the coach is chilly.

Great Experience from Start to Finish - Highly Recommended Chichen Itza & Cenote Adventure

We booked this tour at the last minute — literally the afternoon before — and were impressed with how smooth everything was. The communication beforehand was clear, detailed, and incredibly responsive, which immediately put us at ease.The day itself is long because of the hotel pick ups and travel time out to Chichen Itza, but it was absolutely worth it. We felt we had enough time at each location to really take everything in, from the history at Chichen Itza to the refreshing cenote and the charm of Valladolid. John and Paulo were excellent guides and Baltazar the driver was really friendly.. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely fun to spend the day with. Despite us causing a few headaches with payments and other issues, they handled everything with patience and zero fuss. Overall, a well‑run tour with great people — highly recommended if you want a stress‑free way to experience these incredible places.

Excellent day out, well-organised, must-do activity! Beto and Juam were excellent tour guides, very passionate and engaging, I learnt a lot! Swimming in the cenote is a must, absolute highlight of my trip! It is a long day so be prepared with snacks and water.
