What To Expect
Learn how to make Portugal’s most iconic pastry in this fun, hands-on Pastel de Nata cooking class in Lagos.
In just 2 hours, you’ll become a pro at making homemade Pastéis de Nata from scratch — from creamy custard to perfectly baked, golden pastries. Guided step by step by our team, you’ll learn the techniques behind this traditional recipe in a relaxed and social environment.
This experience is perfect for food lovers who want to do more than just taste Portuguese cuisine — you’ll create it yourself.
During the class, you will:
• Make the custard from scratch
• Prepare and work the pastry
• Assemble your own Pastéis de Nata
• Bake them until perfectly golden
Some steps may be shared in pairs to keep the experience dynamic and interactive.
At the end, enjoy your freshly baked Pastéis de Nata — warm, crispy, and just out of the oven. If you prefer, you can also take them with you.
