• This business is owned and operated by a marine biologist, researching these dolphins for 17 years.
• Last time we failed to see dolphins or whales on an ocean tour was on Jan 2023.
• We will look for the best dolphin group, not just the closest dolphin group.
• We have the smallest group (10pax) dolphin experience. No middle row, everyone can be at an arm’s reach from them. The guide will satisfy all your curiosity, he’s a dolphin expert! (cetologist)
• We don't lecture about the subjects, we lead you to the answers you seek.
• We are only focused on dolphin watching and research. You will be supporting research of the local dolphin communities.
• The boat is made from recyclable materials and has the lowest emissions of all dolphin watching boats in Lisbon.
• Up to 40 miles and 3h of search included if needed.

What To Expect
• We'll depart from Doca de Santo Amaro, just under the bridge.
• We'll start by looking for dolphins in the Tagus river.
• We'll sail into the ocean (if sea conditions allow) looking for dolphins and whales.
• If no dolphins at this point, we'll go for areas with high sighting chances. If we found them already, we'll go for areas where we see more interesting species of dolphins and whales.
• Depending on tour conditions, we'll keep looking for a highly interactive group.
• We’ll try to stay away from other boats and have consistent steering that encourage dolphins to stay close to us. We'll let you know the group structure, their habits and behaviours.
• After you having your moment looking at dolphins, we’ll teach you to observe them, you’ll see them in a different way!
• Before arrival we'll pass by the main monuments with short and interesting facts.
• Upon arrival and after a quick WC break, we'll teach to identify the species that we saw and some fanservice for those who want to stick a ‘little’ longer.

As an active member of the Dolphin SMART program, we do not have physical contact with the dolphins on Meet the Lisbon Dolphins – Dolphin Watching in Lisbon. We watch them in their natural habitat from the boat.
Dec 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the adventure start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the adventure start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the adventure start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the adventure local time (WEST).
- This adventure requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
